These early-access terms describe how VolatileSys may be used today. They are a placeholder for the full agreement that will govern paid, generally available use.
Using the service
Use VolatileSys for its intended purpose — ingesting your own devices' telemetry and diagnosing your own fleet. Don't attempt to access other tenants' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
The diagnostics agent
The agent produces root-cause analyses and draft firmware patches to assist your engineers. Its output is a recommendation, not a guarantee. Nothing is applied to your devices automatically — a human on your team reviews and approves every patch before it is used.
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the telemetry and datasheets you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy summary. You can export your organization's record or delete your organization entirely at any time from the Billing page — see the Privacy summary for what each action covers.
No warranty during early access
Early access is provided as-is while we harden the product. Availability and features may change. Don't rely on it as the sole safeguard for safety-critical systems.
