Privacy

Account details you provide (name, work email, company), the telemetry your devices send us for decoding and storage, and any datasheets you upload for the diagnostics agent. We also record basic product usage so we can operate and improve the service.

To run the platform: to decode and visualize your telemetry, to power the diagnostics agent on your behalf, and to support and secure your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's data to serve another.

Your telemetry, datasheets, and the embeddings derived from them are scoped to your organization. Proprietary reference material is never exposed to another tenant or used to train shared models.

Telemetry is retained according to your plan's retention window and aged out automatically past it. You control your data directly from the Danger Zone on the Billing page (organization owners):

• Export downloads your organization's full control-plane record — members, fleets, devices, rules, datasheets, investigations, and RCA reports — as a JSON file. It never includes secrets such as ingest-key hashes or integration tokens. Telemetry time-series are exported per device from the dashboard, as they are far too large to bundle.
• Delete permanently removes your organization and everything in it — all telemetry, devices, rules, datasheets, and investigations — after a typed confirmation. It is immediate and irreversible.
